Staat er de melding “Toevoegen van ticket is mislukt. Alle tickets zijn gereserveerd.”, dan betekent dit dat een ander persoon de tickets in zijn/haar mandje/shoppingcard heeft, maar nog niet betaald, mogelijk komen deze tickets weer vrij. Let op: ook hier geldt magie met grenzen: vervoers/ticketopties zijn beperkt. Als een optie niet meer te selecteren is, dan is die vol.

Om jouw boeking soepel en eerlijk te laten verlopen, delen we hieronder de belangrijkste afspraken over beschikbaarheid, tickettypes, codes en bracelets.
Start openbare verkoop
Onze openbare ticketverkoop start op zaterdag 7 februari om 17:00 uur (CET – Central European Time) via onze website.
Vanaf dat moment zijn alle beschikbare opties zichtbaar op de ticketpagina.
Beschikbaarheid: uitverkocht = niet meer te selecteren
Sommige tickettypes, routes en opties zijn beperkt.
Is een optie niet meer beschikbaar of niet meer te selecteren? Dan is deze uitverkocht. Jammer, maar helaas.
Kies in dat geval een andere busroute (als die nog beschikbaar is) of ga voor eigen vervoer.
Nederlandse tickets vs Internationale tickets
Er is een duidelijk onderscheid tussen Nederlandse tickets en Internationale tickets.
Deze zijn niet uitwisselbaar.
- Nederlandse tickets zijn bedoeld voor bezoekers die woonachtig zijn in Nederland (en in sommige gevallen ook België).
- Internationale tickets zijn bedoeld voor verkoop binnen Europa en eventueel de VS & Canada.
Tickettypes: dames/heren & leeftijdscategorieën
Op de ticketpagina kunnen tickettypes voorkomen met:
- Dames / Heren
- ≤25 (25 min) / 25+ (25 plus)
Vul deze keuzes zorgvuldig en correct in.
Onjuist ingevulde tickettypes of leeftijden kunnen leiden tot annulering van de tickets.
Dit doen we om misbruik te voorkomen en om te zorgen dat alles aan de poort eerlijk en soepel verloopt.
Bracelets (NL en Internationaal)
- Nederlandse tickets: bracelets worden per post binnen Nederland verzonden.
- Internationale tickets: bracelets kunnen (waar van toepassing) op de bus worden opgehaald, óf op afspraak met ons op donderdag bij Tomorrowland.
De praktische details (tijd/locatie) ontvang je per e-mail na boeking.
Codes: presale/kortingscode niet gebruikt?
Heb je een presale-code of kortingscode ontvangen en deze niet benut binnen de geldige periode? Dan vervalt deze toegang.
Vanaf zaterdag 7 februari 17:00 CET kun je een niet-benutte code niet meer gebruiken en boek je uitsluitend via de reguliere openbare verkoop, afhankelijk van wat er dan nog beschikbaar is.

To keep your booking smooth and fair for everyone, here are the key details about availability, ticket types, codes, and bracelets.
Public sale start
Our public ticket sale starts on Saturday 7 February at 17:00 (5:00 PM) CET – Central European Time, via our website.
From that moment on, all available options will be visible on the ticket page.
Availability: sold out = no longer selectable
Some ticket types, routes and options are limited.
If an option is no longer available or cannot be selected, it means it is sold out. Unfortunately, that’s it.
In that case, please choose a different bus route (if available) or travel by your own transport.
Dutch tickets vs International tickets
There is a strict distinction between Dutch tickets and International tickets.
These are not interchangeable.
- Dutch tickets are intended for visitors resident in the Netherlands (and in some cases Belgium).
- International tickets are intended for sales within Europe and potentially the USA & Canada.
Ticket types: women/men & age categories
On the ticket page, some ticket types may be listed with:
- Women / Men
- ≤25 / 25+
Please select these options carefully and correctly.
Incorrectly selected ticket types or age categories may result in ticket cancellation.
This helps prevent misuse and ensures everything remains smooth and fair at entry.
Bracelets (NL and International)
- Dutch tickets: bracelets are shipped by post within the Netherlands.
- International tickets: bracelets can (where applicable) be collected on the bus, or by appointment with us on Thursday at Tomorrowland.
You will receive practical details (time/location) by email after booking.
Codes: presale/discount code not used?
If you received a presale code or discount code and did not use it within the valid period, that access expires.
From Saturday 7 February 17:00 CET, unused codes can no longer be used, and you will be part of the regular public sale, depending on what is still available at that moment.
